POLITICA DI RESO – PRODOTTI PERSONALIZZATI PRINT ON DEMAND

I prodotti venduti tramite questo store sono realizzati su ordinazione (Print on Demand): ogni articolo viene prodotto esclusivamente a seguito della tua richiesta d'acquisto, con le specifiche da te selezionate.

Ai sensi dell'art. 59, comma 1, lett. c) del Codice del Consumo (D.Lgs. 206/2005), il diritto di recesso non si applica ai beni confezionati su misura o chiaramente personalizzati. Poiché ogni nostro prodotto viene realizzato appositamente per il cliente, non è possibile esercitare il diritto di reso o recesso una volta confermato l'ordine.

⚠️ Eccezioni previste
Il rimborso o la sostituzione sono garantiti esclusivamente nei seguenti casi:
• Il prodotto ricevuto è difettoso o danneggiato
• Il prodotto non corrisponde all'ordine effettuato (errore di stampa, colore o taglia errati)

In questi casi, ti invitiamo a contattarci entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione del pacco, allegando foto del prodotto e dell'imballo.

RETURN POLICY – CUSTOM PRINT ON DEMAND PRODUCTS

All products sold in this store are made to order (Print on Demand): each item is produced exclusively upon your purchase request, according to the specifications you selected.

In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. Since every product is custom-made for each customer, returns and cancellations are not accepted once an order has been confirmed.

⚠️ Exceptions
A refund or replacement is guaranteed exclusively in the following cases:
• The item received is defective or damaged
• The item does not match the order placed (wrong print, colour, or size)

In these cases, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel, attaching photos of the product and packaging.
